As your coordinator, we provide:
Year-round support
- Contact new au pairs within 48 hours of their arrival and conduct an in-home orientation within two weeks
- Host monthly au pair meetings
- Contact host families monthly
- Hold two Host Family Day Conferences each year
- Field questions and inquiries in your region
- Conduct mediation if needed
- Support you and your au pair to make this a great year for all
